Today I had the pleasure of viewing the Stein Collection at the Met. in NYC. What a true pleasure it was to see these images together in such close proximity. The show stressed the relationship between the collectors and the artists. It discussed how they enriched each others lives socially, economically, emotionally. They shared, dinners, garden tea parties, sketches, conversations, night
life. What a wonderful support system.
